Hi everyone!

How was your 2020? how awful has your 2020 been so far? It’s been almost two months since we said (not really) goodbye to the nightmare. I think last year went really really fast. And to be honest last year was arguably the most tiring year I've lived so far haha. Maybe, maybe not only for me, but also you. It was like Roller Coaster, right? The ups and downs were very extreme for the body and soul. But, at least 2020 also taught me a lot.

I hope that in 2021, we will continue to have an optimistic spirit in this very challenging life. Keep it up yo!

Few days ago, I saw a video of a very inspiring women, Miss Merry Riana. Basically, Miss Merry shared with us about how to deal with the crisis, make it as opportunity.

Also told us to never left our dream, the difference between leaders and victim, and how to have ABC to take us to the higher level, theyre how Attitude determines our destiny, we need to know our Belief, and what Choice we decide for our future. After we know our choice we have to focus on it.

And I want to recape (as reminder for me especially) and share with you on this blog what Miss Merry mean about the ABC mental strategy to deal the hard situation. 

A bad situation does not mean the result has to be bad, depending on how we respond, if the response is good, then the result is good. Even if the situation is good but our response is negative, the result will be negative.

These are how victim and leader turns a crisis into an opportunity with the ABC formula.

The Victims:

Generally, people's response are

Angry (they get angry when given input, ideas)

Blaming (they are dissatisfied with the situation, start blaming others)

Complain (as if criticism from others is easy, but yourself is the most correct)

These ABCs are terrible and devastating, we have to stop, never too late.

The leaders:

The right ABC are

Attitude (the way of thinking determines our destiny)

Belief (what we believe)

Choice (what we choose determines our future)

How difficulties can make us level up:

• focus on our choices
• change the mindset don't be a victim but be a leader
• If you know there is a problem, but there is a solution to solve the problem, that is an opportunity
• The method that used to be able to bring us success now, but not necessarily can bring success in the future, so we must be brave to try to change with the times.
• What you will be like in the next 5 years depends on who you hang out with, what you watch, read, and listen to.
